Jim Santini has built a career delivering pragmatic, LEAN, often low-tech, industrial engineering process improvements. His work with ZOLL includes medical device factory design, business process improvement, LEAN flow implementation, MES/ERP deployment, OpEx Program development, DfX, and operations leadership.

Jim is currently leading the charge for Smart Manufacturing transformation with ZOLL – building teams to tackle the technology complexity barrier - focusing on system integration, process monitoring, light automation, and the delivery of data insights across the manufacturing and service value streams. Jim has a passion for improving the production team member experience and improving patient lives through improved quality, delivery, and service.
