Mary Henderson currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Administration for Arcosa, Inc. With a deep command of financial and business information, a strategic mind, and a collaborative style, Mary is successful in driving business outcomes. Mary is a strong supporter of continuous improvement throughout the company. Over the course of her career, she has participated in and facilitated successful implementations and upgrades of a variety of ERP and MRP systems. Her skills in facilitating difficult conversations and addressing challenges swiftly and directly allow Mary to draw out meaningful contributions from all stakeholders. Having held the position of Chief Accounting Officer, she also provides insights into required control environments and data security.

Mrs. Henderson holds a BS degree in Accounting from Cameron University. She is a CPA, licensed in the State of Texas and holds a CGMA (Certified Global Managerial Accountant) certification. Her professional affiliations include Financial Executives Institute (FEI), Manufactures Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI), National Association of Manufactures (NAM), Texas Society of CPAs, and the Texas Chapter of Women in Manufacturing.

Mary is involved in various community and philanthropic activities that include the American Heart Association, Texas Women’s Foundation, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, and WiNGS.
